關(guān)于2020年第一批次第二輪次一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌未完成投資人招募城市的經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)招募工作通知

尊敬的經(jīng)銷商投資人：

為了打造行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的捷達(dá)品牌經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)，更好的服務(wù)終端客戶，一汽-大眾將和經(jīng)銷商攜手共創(chuàng)一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌輝煌未來(lái)。經(jīng)一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌網(wǎng)絡(luò)決策委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)，現(xiàn)開(kāi)展關(guān)于2020年第一批次第二輪次一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌未完成投資人招募的城市的經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)招募工作，具體如下:

一、 投資人申請(qǐng)資格、網(wǎng)絡(luò)招募類型及要求

（一） 符合下列條件之一即具備申請(qǐng)資格 ：

1. 全國(guó)已獲得捷達(dá)品牌意向授權(quán)的投資人；

2. 滿足下列條件的一汽-大眾大眾品牌經(jīng)銷商均具備申請(qǐng)資格：

注：

1. 排名依據(jù)是2019年VW品牌STD銷量

2. 未達(dá)星級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)入條件經(jīng)銷商在計(jì)算時(shí)，不計(jì)入排名位置，但參與集團(tuán)銷量計(jì)算

（二）網(wǎng)絡(luò)招募類型

1. 單一銷售店+一汽-大眾大眾品牌4S店服務(wù)共享

2．4S店

3．2S店

注：可選以上三種網(wǎng)絡(luò)類型中的一種，具體要求如下： 

（三）城市清單：見(jiàn)附件一（城市清單數(shù)據(jù)為截止至2020年6月8日）。 

（四）4S店、2S店及單一銷售店場(chǎng)地要求：

1. 應(yīng)提供購(gòu)買或租賃土地的相關(guān)證明文件(含意向協(xié)議)，擁有土地使用權(quán)的期限不低于10年

2. 處在所在地級(jí)市或縣級(jí)市的主城區(qū)，周邊配套設(shè)施成熟，交通便利，因消費(fèi)習(xí)慣、汽車商圈、政府規(guī)劃等，不在主城區(qū)的，應(yīng)作額外的說(shuō)明及提供相關(guān)證明材料

3. 在其他條件相同的情況下，優(yōu)先考慮以下選址位置：

3.1 處在4S店聚集區(qū)/已建成汽車園

3.2 處在在建汽車4S店園區(qū)/乘用車銷售集中區(qū)（轎車大市場(chǎng)）

3.3 規(guī)劃籌建汽車園區(qū)

4. 每位申請(qǐng)者在同個(gè)招募點(diǎn)位最多只能填報(bào)兩塊申請(qǐng)場(chǎng)地

5. 當(dāng)提報(bào)的場(chǎng)地面積較大時(shí)，如提報(bào)場(chǎng)地大于建店需求場(chǎng)地，請(qǐng)務(wù)必在本申請(qǐng)書(shū)中明確標(biāo)明用于建店場(chǎng)地的具體位置及詳細(xì)尺寸

6.    如申請(qǐng)場(chǎng)地為改建，展廳展示區(qū)內(nèi)不得有結(jié)構(gòu)柱，且A型展廳展示區(qū)裝修完畢凈高需大于等于5米，B/C型展廳展示區(qū)裝修完畢凈高需大于等于4米; W型展廳展示區(qū)裝修完畢凈高大于等于3.6米；

（五）服務(wù)共享要求（一汽-大眾大眾品牌4S店）

1. 捷達(dá)品牌專屬服務(wù)塔標(biāo)：安裝1個(gè)

2. 服務(wù)接待：至少1個(gè)捷達(dá)品牌服務(wù)顧問(wèn)接待卡位

3. 機(jī)修工位：至少2個(gè)捷達(dá)品牌機(jī)修工位

4. 其他功能：可與大眾品牌共享

二、 時(shí)間要求

本次招募時(shí)間為：2020年6月10日至2020年6月25日

三、 申報(bào)材料: 

（一）附件二：一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌特許經(jīng)銷商入網(wǎng)申請(qǐng)書(shū)（書(shū)面版，以快遞形式寄至一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌網(wǎng)絡(luò)與培訓(xùn)部，提交其他版本申請(qǐng)書(shū)或不郵寄書(shū)面申請(qǐng)書(shū)視為申請(qǐng)無(wú)效；電子版，將申請(qǐng)書(shū)制作成PDF電子版文件拷貝至U盤中，U盤與紙質(zhì)版申請(qǐng)書(shū)共同郵寄）

（二）附件三：請(qǐng)務(wù)必在招募截止時(shí)間前提交入網(wǎng)申請(qǐng)信息表quan.wang.SC@faw-vw.com

四、 注意事項(xiàng)

(一) 申報(bào)材料必須真實(shí)、有效，若發(fā)現(xiàn)存在虛假信息等情況，則視為無(wú)效申請(qǐng)，取消經(jīng)銷商申請(qǐng)資格

(二) 若因未提供充分場(chǎng)地相關(guān)材料（如：申請(qǐng)單位土地權(quán)屬不明確、申請(qǐng)單位提供的土地材料與申請(qǐng)單位無(wú)關(guān)等）導(dǎo)致一汽-大眾對(duì)申請(qǐng)單位作出不利判斷，其后果由申請(qǐng)單位承擔(dān)

(三) 請(qǐng)認(rèn)真填寫申請(qǐng)書(shū)，務(wù)必在規(guī)定期限內(nèi)提交申請(qǐng)書(shū)及相關(guān)材料（以郵戳為準(zhǔn)），逾期提交視為無(wú)效申請(qǐng)

五、 一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌經(jīng)銷商選建流程介紹（供參考）

（一）網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃

（二）網(wǎng)絡(luò)招募

1. 制定《一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌招募計(jì)劃》/《一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌招募通知》

2. 發(fā)布《一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)招募通知》

3. 收集《一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌特許經(jīng)銷商入網(wǎng)申請(qǐng)書(shū)》

（三）評(píng)估

1. 對(duì)申請(qǐng)者的材料進(jìn)行初審

2. 聯(lián)合評(píng)估小組對(duì)通過(guò)初審候選經(jīng)銷商進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察，驗(yàn)看資料，進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)評(píng)分

3. 對(duì)候選經(jīng)銷商進(jìn)行終審

（四）決策

由一汽-大眾捷達(dá)品牌網(wǎng)絡(luò)決策委員會(huì)決策，得出最終結(jié)果

（五）建設(shè)

1. 與獲得意向經(jīng)銷商授權(quán)的單位簽訂《銷售服務(wù)意向書(shū)》

2. 意向經(jīng)銷商按照管理規(guī)定及建設(shè)程序進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)

（六）驗(yàn)收

聯(lián)合驗(yàn)收小組按照《捷達(dá)品牌經(jīng)銷商開(kāi)業(yè)程序》對(duì)完工單位進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收，若合格則簽署《特許經(jīng)銷商授權(quán)協(xié)議》

In order to build the Jetta Brand network which can lead the industry and better serve our customers, FAW-VW and dealers will jointly create a bright future for the Jetta Brand. 

Approved by FAW-VW Jetta Brand NDC, Now we are carrying out the dealer network recruitment of the first batch of second round FAW-VW Jetta brands in cities where investor recruitment has not been completed in 2020, followings are detailed information:

1. Investor application qualification, network recruitment type and requirements

1.1 Investor who meets one of the following conditions has qualification, For the 5th Round：

1.1.1 Authorized Jetta Brand intent investors in china；

1.1.2 FAW-VW VW brand dealers who meet the following conditions are eligible to apply：

1. The ranking is based on VW STD in 2019;

2. If a dealer does not meet the requirement of star evaluation, then it will not participate in the ranking, but it will participate in the Group sales volume calculation;

1.2 Network recruitment type

1.2.1  Single sales store + FAW-VW VW 4S store with shared service

1.2.2  4S store

1.2.3  2S store

Note: One of the above three network types can be selected. The specific requirements are as follows

1.3 City list: See the attachment 1(data is from 2020.6.8)：  

1.4 Requirements of location of 4S,2S and showroom: 

1.4.1 Must provide the relevant document of purchased or rental land (include the intent agreement). The term of land use rights is no less than 10 years

1.4.2 The site must be located in the urban area of prefectural or county-level cities with mature surrounding facilities and convenient transportation. If it doesn’t locate in the urban area because of consumption habits, auto commercial center, government planning, it requires relevant documents for proving

1.4.3 When the other conditions are the same, priority order is as following:

1.4.3.1 located in the intensive 4S shop area/ completed automobile park

1.4.3.2 located in under construction of the 4S shop park/Passenger vehicle sales center      area(car market)

1.4.3.3 Planning to build a car park

1.4.4 Each applicant can only submit two application sites for the same recruitment point

1.4.5 If the submitted land use is bigger than the required construction site, please clarify the exact location and detailed size in the application materials

1.4.6 If the application site is reconstruction, exhibition area shall not have column structure, and the A type exhibition area decoration must be higher than the height of 5 meters, B/C exhibition area decoration must be higher than 4meters，W exhibition area decoration must be higher than 3.6 meters

 FAW-VW VW brand 4S shop - requirements for the shared service:

1.5.1 Jetta Brand Service Pylon: required to install one pylon

1.5.2 Service reception: At least Jetta Brand 1 reception desk

1.5.3 Mechanics: At least 2 Jetta Brand exclusive mechanics positions

1.5.4 Other functions: can share with VW brands.

2. Time Requirement

Recruitment time June 10, 2020 to June 25, 2020

3.1  Attachment 2: Application for FAW-VW Jetta Brand Authorized Dealership (provide the written version, please post to Jetta Brand Network and Training department, if it is not in the written form  it will considered as ineffective application)

4. Attention

4.1 The submitted materials must be true and in effect. If there is any cheating information,the application is considered invalid and the qualification of the application is cancelled 

4.2 If don’t provide sufficient land materials (such as insufficient land use right certification, ambiguous relationship between the applicants and land use owner) should be responsible for all the negative consequences 

4.3 Please fill out the application carefully. The application and relevant material must be submitted within the deadline(By postmark), or it will be seen as ineffective application.

5.5.1 Director of Jetta Brand Sales Division and the intended authorized dealer sign “Letter of intent for sales service”

5.5.2 The intended dealer shall conduct network construction according to the management regulations and construction procedures

5.6 Acceptance

The joint inspection team shall conduct acceptance inspection of the constructed dealer in accordance with the opening procedure of the Jetta Brand, and sign the Authorization Agreement of Franchiser if it is qualified
